How to Organize the Greatest Party Bus Party, Ever!
First, pick your bus. At Image Is Everything Party Bus, we’ll point you to the perfect bus, sized and outfitted for your needs. We’ve got two different sized buses: up to 17 people and 20-25 people. You make your list, check it twice, and we’ll show you the right bus.
Our buses are equipped with lights, TVs, game consoles and sound systems. Three quarters of your party is now done. Boom.
What Are the Details?
Just like any party, you have to know the date, time and length of the event. But there are few extra details to work out for a party bus. First, where will the pickup be? You can have several, but we find our customers like having everyone together for a little pre-party. Then, when the bus rolls up, it’s a BIG DEAL and a totally Instagram-worthy moment.
Where are you stopping and for how long? Remember, you’re already in the best spot in Savannah when you’re on your party on wheels. So, make a loose itinerary of where you want to stop, how long you’ll be there, and where you’re going next.
What’s the Theme?
Come on, everybody loves a theme! We’re not necessarily talking about going full-on Renaissance (though we’re not against it), but what’s the gist of the night? Here are some popular ones:

Whatever you can dream, we can accommodate. If you want a theme, be sure to let all your guests know, so your pictures are epic. Let us know too, and feel free to bring decorations on board that won’t leave a mark. Most of our clients don’t need decorations because our interiors are so cool. We’ve got high-end interiors with crazy cool backlighting and poles for… you know, whatever you want to use a pole for.
What’s Your Jam?
You HAVE to have music. Okay, you don’t really, but come on! Make a playlist that will get everyone in the party mood. You know your friends, so what does everyone want to hear? If you’ve got a bus full of hip-hop lovers and the one dude who loves classic rock, throw him a bone every now and then.
What Will You Eat and Drink?
This can make or break your party. We suggest snacks. They’ve got to be easy to eat while on the move. We offer packages that include wings, fries and alcohol for the adults or sparkling cider for the kids. If you want to bring your own, don’t forget plates, napkins and plasticware.
If you’re drinking and want to bring your own, we have packages that include cups and ice. This works well if you have a bunch of people who all like different things, so everyone can bring their own and be happy. Just have a running list of what everyone is bringing so you don’t come up short.

We throw daytime parties for kids aged 4-15. They love the TVs, music, and the novelty of actually having a party on wheels! Ask us about our prom packages too!
