If there aren’t any special weekends approaching, a week before your party is sufficient, but you definitely don't want to wait until the last minute.

Not all party busses are created equal. For instance, we have two sizes of busses. One can hold 14 to 17 passengers while the other is for 20-25. If you’re looking to party on a budget but have 22 people coming, you’re going to have to upgrade to a larger bus. Keep in mind that 20 adults are larger than 5 adults and 15 kids so you can plan accordingly.
